Developed in collaboration with South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, the Risk Barometer helps NHS managers to monitor the health of patients who are at risk of self-harm or suicide.

The awards have seen a huge number of entries this year so we're delighted to be shortlisted. The next stage of judging requires us to present our entry to the judging panel directly. Each finalist will have a 30 minute slot:with 15 minutes to present the Risk Barometer and a further 15 minutes of questions from the judges.
