First public release of ZSQL. Makes getting .sql files into Python products much easier.

Remember, this is ZSQL Methods on the filesystem. It means that DTML + sqlvar is king here. By using this method you don't have to use the ZODB to still get the power of ZSQL Methods. An alternative to ZSQL is to use Plone skins or something but with the obvious disadvantage you have to use Plone :)
