I look after key client and partner relationships and fry's market and product strategy. Not quite what you might expect from someone with a background in theoretical physics, but this geek enjoys meeting people! When Marcus and I Ieft Imperial College, we had a passion to continue being part of an organisation where people have real choice about how, when and where they work. We believe that fry really delivers on this promise.
My spare time is spent with family and friends. What's left goes into researching strange, but science-based, ideas about health and fitness, which I'm always happy to share - just ask!
As Chief Technical Officer at fry I am responsible for all things related to technology in our day to day operations, as well as taking a strategic overview of our investment in technology and technical people. I joined fry in 2008 after several years of Plone development and consultancy in the Czech Republic. I am still very much involved in the Czech Plone community.
When not working I enjoy long walks with my dog or taking to the open road in my Mini - both perfect for clearing my head!
My main role is in Plone integration and Plone add-on package development. I'm also responsible for making sure we're always up-to-date with the Plone community. After I finished my studies at the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering, I started my Plone career which led up to joining fry in 2008.
Apart from python I like hiking and mountain climbing.
I'm responsible for building apps for iOS devices and making our web apps mobile. I also provide workforce for our Ruby and PHP app development needs. I joined fry whilst finishing Computer Science in Prague and after graduation I decided to move to London.
In my spare time I am currently learning Finnish, can be found playing Geocaching, or repairing old cameras and then having a great time taking pictures with them.
I am a developer of Plone based projects. I have been working with Plone since 2004 and always trying to follow best development practices. I'm involved in a lot of Plone community projects and am currently working on several open source Plone addon prodcts.
Outside of work I love spending time with my wife and four kids.

I help make sure our websites are pleasing on the eye and intuitive to use. I've been a freelance web-designer for five years, working for film-makers, planning consultants, charities and artists. I love designing smart user experiences with eye-catching graphics, and am addicted to keeping up with the latest trends and technologies on the web.
When not glued to a screen I like to play football and music. I also love to draw.
I design, manage and support our hosting platform. I fully virtualised our servers back in 2005 long before this was a common trend. I left Computing at Imperial College to pursue a full-time career at fry and I now run the Prague office.
Outside of work I enjoy swimming and long distance running.
I manage fry's existing accounts and projects. This means that I work closely with our clients to understand their needs so I am able to support them in the best way possible. I also act as the liaison between our internal project management team and our clients to make sure that the production team have all the information that is required to deliver great projects on time and on budget.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have a strong passion for traveling, cultures and languages and of course, chocolate!

Before I moved to London and became part of the fry team I completed my BSc in Project Management, and was the Project/Account Manager for a number of large Aeronautical software development contracts for European Air Forces.
When I am not attached to my MacBook and desk, I love to be outdoors exploring new places with my husband and our pooch, playing tennis, or picking up another new hobby (fad)....the latest being Photography.
As an Internal Project Manager I look after the team of developers, designers and information architects and make sure that clients needs are well understood, projects are running accordingly to the set timelines and all the goals are met. I work closely with Account Managers and together we deliver amazing projects to all our clients.
I achieved my MSc in Interactive Multimedia at Westminster University and before joining fry I built my expertise as a Project Manager in London based digital media agency. Outside of my professional life I enjoy spending time with my friends, keeping myself fit in the gym, skating or skiing. I also love exploring new countries and cultures.
I coordinate projects at fry, working closely with our clients to make sure that they get exactly what they want, when they want it. I oversee projects from start to finish to make sure that our clients and development team are all singing off the same hymn sheet.
I graduated from the University of East Anglia in the summer of 2010 where I studied Business Management, and had a fantastic time playing hockey as well as working for the students union. I am now enjoying the new challenges of a professional life, but still find time to get out and about with my friends, play hockey and surf the web for all the latest gadgets.
As fry's people person I help to identify the things that enable each person in the team to function at their happiest and their best. I also provide a leadership perspective on acquiring and retaining the very best talent available. Separately to fry, I am the MD of Happy, a training and consultancy company which has won various awards for its customer service and culture.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, two stepchildren, family and friends. I especially enjoy anything that involves a champagne cocktail or two!
I’m the one that tells the team: ‘that’s too much’, ‘that should be paid by now’ and other financial policing matters. I can be creative too, not only thinking through transactions but off-line I’ve written and published a couple of ‘starting business’ books, most recently ‘Take the plunge’ (check it out on Amazon!).
I also work for eFactory Limited which provides assistance to SMEs and start-ups.
